To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rate within 3 working days by credit card or bank transfer.

As we are committed to sustainability, we do not provide slippers in the room. If you do not have your own, you can get some at reception.

Your room or suite will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m.

Would you like to extend your holiday by a few hours? You are welcome to use the spa area on the day of departure for a surcharge of €30.00 per person. Showers, changing rooms, and lockers are available for you to use.

You can charge your electric vehicle conveniently at the hotel’s own charging stations (for a fee).

At Hotel Monika, you enjoy with all your senses – from the delicious breakfast buffet featuring fresh bread from the local baker and high-quality produce from nearby farms, to the 6-course dinner menu at Seasons – Fine Alpine Dining, created with the finest ingredients from South Tyrol and across Italy. At the take-away corner, you will find provisions for your adventures, while in the afternoon The green corner in the spa awaits with a colourful selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.

For an additional charge, you can choose Alpine/Mediterranean à la carte dishes at lunchtime, enjoy a delicious break at Café the bosco^® or the “Spirits & Stories” low counter bar, or dine at the CANA restaurant.

Please note that no price reduction is offered for any meals not taken.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Hotel Monika. At Café the bosco^®, you can surf extra-fast thanks to high-speed internet.

In accordance with the regulations of the Province of South Tyrol, a tourist tax of €3.50 per person and night must be paid directly at the hotel. 

For all room categories – with the exception of Superior Double Rooms and Single Rooms – a parking space in the underground garage is included in the price. If you have booked a Superior Double Room or a Single Room, a free outdoor parking space is available to you. For an additional charge of € 30.00 per day, you can book a parking space in the underground garage on site, subject to availability. Please note that the number of garage parking spaces is limited. Our hotel also offers modern charging stations for electric vehicles.

Pets are very welcome at Hotel Monika. Some rooms in the Garden category in the immediate vicinity of the extensive public forest park are reserved exclusively for guests with pets. For a holiday with your four-legged friend, we charge an additional €40.00 per day and pet (excluding food). Please understand that your pet is not allowed in the restaurant, spa area, or garden.

All prices are per person per night and include VAT and gourmet half board.

In addition, a tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night is charged directly at the hotel.

Hotel Monika is a non-smoking hotel. A smoking lounge and open-air smoking areas are available for smokers.

Car-free holiday? Yes, please. Our hotel’s e-shuttle takes you to the nearby valley station of the Helmjet cable car free of charge in winter.

The greatest joy for both you and us is when you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest – completely carefree thanks to our travel cancellation insurance.

In case of a booking cancellation, the following conditions will be applied:

• Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are free of charge
• For cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, a handling fee of 50,00€ will be retained
• For cancellations between 30 and 3 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking amount will be charged
• For cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows, 100% of the total amount will be charged. 

For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. 

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, V Pay, and international debit cards. Please note the legal cash payment limit of €4,999.00. With the publication of new price lists, all previous lists become invalid.
