Cancellation conditions and fees

A cancellation of the booking free of fees can be carried out in writing up to four weeks before arrival. For cancellations made with less than four weeks’ notice we can refrain from charging 70% of the price only if the room can still be rented.

For only € 4 per person and per day booked, the insurance covers all costs for cancellation up to three days before your arrival. We apologise, but insurance does not cover cancellations made after this deadline. Monika trip cancellation insurance can be taken out easily with the booking of the rooms. When booking, we will give you the cost which will be billed together with your room booking when you leave.
