Cancellation conditions and fees
A cancellation of the booking free of fees can be carried out in writing up to four weeks before arrival. For cancellations made with less than four weeks’ notice we can refrain from charging 70% of the price only if the room can still be rented.
In order to save you unnecessary expenses, we advise you to make use of our convenient travel cancellation insurance Hotel Monika travel cancellation insurance With only 3 Euro per person and per booked vacation day all cancellation fees are covered. The Monika travel cancellation insurance can be booked together with your room. When you book your holiday we inform you about the cost. The sum is charged at your departure from the hotel together with your room.
