Hospitality has a long tradition at your Wellness Hotel in Sesto, the Hotel Monika in the Sextener Dolomiten. The Monika guests can enjoy food as a healthy  culinary delight. Our cuisine is first choice for gourmets, and a number of awards of renown restaurant guides such as Gault Millau or Veronelli testify it.

Mixing wonderful delicacies of the vitalizing South Tyrolean wholefood cuisine and carefully chosen ingredients, our creative kitchen staff lead by chef de cuisine Renato Cervo creates delicious low fat meals composed with balance. We obviously give our preference to top local products from our region.

At the Gourmet Hotel Monika in Alta Pusteria you enjoy:

• Alpine breakfast buffet… to start well into the day: a big choice of white, brown, and wholemeal bread, typical Breatl from the Puster valley, high-quality products straight from the farm such as eggs, speck, cheese, honey, fruit syrups and fruit spreads, yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruits and vegetables, sweet corner with cakes and brioches, and a wide choice of tea. We also serve egg dishes, pancakes, etc. Obviously there also is something for people on a diet and those who suffer of diabetes or celiac condition…
  
  
• At lunchtime you can help yourself at our energetic snack bar with small salad buffet, soups, home-made bread, and a drink of your choice. The location is the Tiroler Stub’n 1881 between 12.30 and 14.00. This additional service can be enjoyed at a price of 10 €.
  
  
• You can be sure of spending afternoons full of variety: up to four times a week we surprise you with thematic experiences, like a South Tyrolean farmers snack, freshly baked cakes and strudel, honey tastings, balsamico tastings, etc.
